Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of these products, please review our policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery only for items that are new, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached. For sofa cushions with removable covers, the cover must not be washed or used.
Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has been washed:

Throw Pillows (once removed from packaging, used, or shows any signs of use)

Small Blankets (once removed from packaging, used, washed, or shows any signs of use)

Sofa Cushions (once used, shows signs of sitting, or covers have been removed/washed)

Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Items with removed tags, damaged packaging, or any signs of use

Sets where individual pieces are missing or damaged
Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured service.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the unopened packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations in materials (fabric dye lots), actual colors and textures may vary slightly from product images. These minor variations are not considered defects.
